cmatthewbacon
Fair point, well made. Now the tread is dull... 1/24 scale rain is in short supply round here, but plenty of the 1:1 stuff the last few days. Now it's cold and clear... best, M.
Pete in Lincs
Matt, a great looking model, love the colour and detail. Those were the days, when men were men (Though I think you have troy Tempest in there). I like that cooling hose and the trick with the magnets. Oh, and welcome back to the world of the living. Happy recoveries.
Spiny
Got to say that if you hadn't said I wouldn't have guessed that the fire extinguisher and oil cooler were scratch built - great work.
cmatthewbacon
Thanks, guys! On the home straight now: the cowl/scuttle is firmly fixed and blended, after several rounds of filling and sanding, involving microballoons as well as superglue and cement...... Now to see how those rather ancient decals have held up... best, M.
