Had some real fitting issues, and was gutted to find out i had to paint the propeller ends myself( the airfix one has decals!!) It did however prompt me to build a little diarame/backscene thing! Kampartiger Posted November 13, 2019 Share Posted November 13, 2019 I admire your persistence in finishing the Shackleton and thank you for stating down the difficulties while putting together the Shack.I bought three Revell's Shack thinking it will be an easier build compare to the Airfix's example.I however do have a box of the Shackleton from Airfix and I am thinking of starting that one first to gauge the level of difficulty.Coming back to your kit,I simply like the way you have completed it,clean and lean with subtle weathering but not toylike in appearance.Great work1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
