Blue Monday Posted November 11, 2019 Share Posted November 11, 2019 It appears there are now three different kits of this aircraft available in 1/72 in resin from Air Cast, Rug Rat Resin and Lift Here. Can anyone with knowledge of both the full-size aircraft and these kits be in a position to say which is the best kit overall from the point of view of accuracy? I've read that the Lift Here kit has some shape issues and the RRR kit is superior. Where does the Air Cast kit stand in comparison to the other two? iThanks for any information anyone can offer. BM. Space Ranger Posted November 12, 2019 Share Posted November 12, 2019 I've not seen the Air Cast kit, but I can tell you that the Rug Rat Resin kit (from Aircraft in Miniature) is excellent. I provided copies of Cessna drawings and documents to AIM for reference, and the kit is accurate. The Lift Here kit is nicely cast, but is obviously off in terms of shape and dimensions. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
