Beaufighter MK 1 Tamiya !/48

Recommended Posts

i'm currently working on back dating a Tamiya 1/48 beaufighter to an early MK1f...so far i am using redrro flat tailplanes, seats and short exhausts plus ultra cast 5 spoke wheels..i have reshaped the oilcoolers to MK1 style as well as taking off the extra lip in the exhaust collectors.

Tidy work.

If you are working towards an early Mk.1 then remove those little bulges around the engine cowlings. They were only present on later marks ;)
