mbdesignart
Painted at last, and ready for SMW. I'm far from happy with the paint finish which is due to completely assembling it then painting which is not my normal method, but this was done for a reason. bhouse
Well I'd be proud of myself if that was my work. A great model of an under-rated vehicle.
Rob G
Someone's kitted a Moke. What will they think of next? Nice work! I wouldn't worry about the paint being a bit naff (not that yours is, but you seem worried), the real ones were pretty sad from the factory.
Alan R
I think it's a motobitz kit ?

Pete in Lincs
Looks like a health and safety nightmare! But in a brilliant way. Like it.
Spiny
Never been a big fan of the Moke, but you've done a very nice job on that. I certainly wouldn't have guessed that it was painted post-construction - very neatly done.
mbdesignart
It's amazing what the camera doesn't always pick up. Thanks for the comments. I've got the Prisoner version build on the bench, which will be painted and assembled in the correct order.
Marco F.
The first Moke here out on the board, congratulations! It looks superb, and as mentioned before, the originals in the 60s were no show and shine cars they looked exactly as your model. I like the outcome very much. And I guess your "Prisoner" version will show us how a Moke looked in the end 60s when the "nice and rich" people started playing with it... Can you please show some more pics like from the front and back...? I plan to start mine during this winterseason to avoid the winter-blues. johnlambert
Apologies for reviving an old thread but this is a kit I'd like to get one day, so it's great to see how well it can go together.
Kitkent
I think it looks good, the last one I saw was a pink one about 2 years ago outside a hotel in Malta.I don't think I would have liked to be picked up from the airport in it though!
