Homebee
New picture Source: https://www.facebook.com/148316871912810/photos/a.149229715154859/2481521191925688 Quote The continuance of the Canadair C-4 Argonaut kit build....well were in one piece finally with one hell of a lot of weight in the nose / forward fuselage section for an aeroplane that has a very unusual centre of balance as seen by the very short frontal section compared with the DC-7. The decal centre cheat line has been added to make sure the measurements add up - they do!... Can you see which livery it is yet?...... Next some more rubbing down to get the final finish before undercoating begins........ V.P. Edited November 2, 2019 by Homebee
Homebee
Source: https://www.facebook.com/148316871912810/photos/a.149229715154859/2494975647246909 Quote SL445R - Canadair C-4 Argonaut in BOAC 1950's livery. So the paint was sprayed, a set of decals for the image applied and hopefully a new release tomorrow. Rain today in Wales, UK, so a bit more work to complete the kit very soon... Meatbox8
Oh wow. That looks rather nice. Would compare nicely with a Hermes in similar scheme.
