The  'hack' T'birds were always  kept in spotless condition, especially the bare metal ones- brought back a lot of memories- thanks for posting, Keith. Gotta go thru my late father's slides to find the photos he shot from the rear seat of a T-33 when overflying Mt. Fuji on a hop back in the mid-fifties. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

Correction:  the 325th Fighter Weapons Wing, Air Defense Weapons Center is at, or was until the hurricane hit a year or two ago, at Tyndall AFB, about 60 - 75 miles east of Eglin.  I was stationed at Tyndall from October `83 until March of `85 and it wasn't moving anywhere at the time I left.
