Stuart Still plenty of time left. There's no inner detail at all. I'm building this out of the box for the overall look.

JOCKNEY
Hi Erwin Great choice, one of the aircraft i built after returning to the hobby after many years. It turns into a lovely big model, watch out for the long red decals mine ended up in bits but the rest went on really well. Good luck Cheers Pat

Courageous
Looks too big for its stand. You haven't mentioned what the build has been like, care to elaborate? Stuart

Stuart The stand is good.It doesn' fall over. Placed otherwise the plane goes into a dive ! It all fits perfect.Concidering the age and brand . Hardly any filler needed. Just a bit worried about those decals.

Erwin
I'm calling this done. Not my best effort ever. The decals are bad.Maybe I can find some better red stars later to replace them. But I promised to join this GB,so I did. More pictures in the gallery. Thank you all for looking. CliffB
That's looks nice Erwin. I'm planning to build a couple of VEB Platicart kits this year (my first), so I'm very pleased to see that they aren't too bad! Cheers
AdrianMF
Very nice and neat build. Looks like it belongs on a Soviet propaganda poster! Regards, Adrian
JOCKNEY
I built the same kit many years ago when returning to the hobby, yours has turned out much better than mine, but i too couldn't get the decals to play ball. Really great job Cheers Pat
