Lovely work and a clean rendition of an old favourite; always one I liked, the SM79... just had that aeronautical 'something' to draw interest. Very well done. Regards, Paul Thanks Paul. I can't speak for Esmeralda but Mrs Martian likes it. 14 hours ago, opus999 said: Beautiful job, and I really appreciate the unusual subject! Cheers Opus. bertielissie
A real modelling gem. You've turned a mediocre kit into a thing of beauty. 👍👍👍
Navy Bird
Utterly gobsmacked, me is! I followed the build (and its banter), and the craftsmanship created by the tentacles of our favourite Martian is simply superb. The choice of subject and scheme is great - unusual and outstanding. I can't wait to see this in person in a couple of weeks. It will be worth riding across the pond in steerage. Cheers, Bill

Cheers, Bill Thanks Bill, if I can just get the Roc put to bed, I can get on with painting that sheep everyone is getting so excited about. Ed Russell
That's really excellent. Great subject, awesome work on the kit (I just skimmed the WIP - too many posts) and beautifully presented. Nothing but superlatives. NB - Lebanese
