Always a pleasure to see these older kits being built, and when done to this standard it is even more so. You have done an outstanding job there Martian, I love it!

I still have one I built in the mid 1970's, it'll be in the attic somewhere, I must try and locate it!

Cheers

Nice work Martian.  A tri- motor to go with your three legged fighting machine no doubt. 👽

A tripod? That's so very yesterday, the new Haunebu is a quadruped.

Bravo Martian, a lovely little number. Great to see her in the paddock, although the garden could do with a trim......:sheep:

Thank you Generalissimo. Actually It was seeing a picture of one parked up in some long grass that gave me the inspiration for the base.

Superb looking model and aircraft belying it's ancestry.

Bet you are pleased with that result

Rob

Thanks Rob, yes I am both pleased with the outcome and the amount of pleasure the build seems to have given other people.

As it happens, you have just given me a very good idea. IPMS rules say that a model may be accompanied by a single figure to illustrate scale. They do not say what species it has to be. I have order a 1/72 scale sheep to go with the model.

These are my favourites . The colour is beautiful and I do love that rear tail fin thingy. Modelling’s not bad either. 🤪😍

Great work For an interstellar lad like yourself. 🚀

Hello Dear Martian,

That's a gem !! Really nicely done !!

Congratulations, Can't wait to see her in the plastic at SMW

A plastic sheep is indeed a good idea but what about a goat ??

It will illustrate one of the BMers habit when partying !!

Sincerely.

Absolutely beautiful build of the old classic Airfix kit - it rarely looked better! Super build and super finish - and an interesting and really very attractive colour scheme. In short - superb!

Cheers

IPMS rules say one figure only although it has crossed my mind  to make a small diorama out of it after Telford.

Yes, the goat hitchhiked back from Spain (don't ask). I'll get it Fed Ex'd down to you (again).

I'll give the goat a miss as don't fancy having it eat my model.

Beautiful work ! :worthy: ... Very happy to see this one cross the finish line.

Thanks, to tell the truth, I'm a tad sorry the ride has come to an end; I had been enjoying it so much.

Ah, 'Il gobbo' in spectacular disguise... I do hope Esmeralda approves!  Lovely work and a clean rendition of an old favourite; always one I liked, the SM79... just had that aeronautical 'something' to draw interest.

Very well done.

Regards,
