I love the weathering. From the right angle (like no background) you would think it is the real thing! That kit is a beauty ...

 

One small point of criticism if I may: considering the overall wear on the ship, I doubt it that the screws would still look so bright. 😉

Hugely impressive and some Really Nice weathering though I do agree with @2Step, the props and shafts look out of kilter with the rest (a minor point)

That is some very beautiful work on that ship! The paint and weathering look just great.

This is one of several ship models that I have, and I hoped I can do it half as good as this one!

Amazing weathering.....so realistic and before seeing yours...i dare say it's difficult to humanely emulate.Beautiful work on the Akagi.
