Sharknose
Just bought the Revell B1 Lancer, 1/48. Then told the Mrs how big it will be.  Not. Happy.  😀 1
Army_Air_Force
Tell her not to worry or you'll turn to large scale R/C models! 😉

Army_Air_Force
If she's happy and you can continue to build plastic, I see that as a win-win.

FIGHTS ON
I saw a built version somewhere where the builder had cleverly built slots into the wings so he could attach/detach the wings and store the kit like those gliders you see on trailers....  I see that for approx £100 some one makes some resin flaps & slats for this beast!!!!!! (oh, then buy the aftermarket engines & counter measures suite as well......... perhaps you are right, a divorce is cheaper

ElectroSoldier
Yeah my missus wasnt happy about the overly large size of my BOne either... Â I started work on the wings a few years back to drop the flaps and slats, she took one look at it realised how big it was going to be started dropping hints and that one slowly moved further and futher down the pile. Sharknose
Ha. I got told I cant buy any more until I've built a few up but that's mainly because she knows they keep me quiet for days on end and out of the way.
