For this text, make sure you select the "Caps Lock" function. Then type in your text. I believe the above text is "ПРОВЕРИТЬ НАДЕЖНОСТЬ ПОДВЕСКИ И РАЗЪЕМ", which is translated as "CHECK SUSPENSION RELIABILITY AND CONNECTOR". You can click on each Russian word to help you get a better translation. I did try to use the Google Translate app on my phone. The benefit there is you just use the camera to capture the text and the app overlays the translation directly onto the image, attempting to preserve the appearance. Sadly, the stencil characters were causing it to miss some letters. It did get image #5 which has "OPEN" on the top and "CLOSE" on the bottom. I use Google Translate frequently, in both web page and app forms. It's not perfect, but it does a good job. The phone app, with its image mode, is particularly useful for translating assembly instructions.
