The Model 139WH-3 (aka the Dutch version with the long canopy) had a different forward fuselage (deeper to accommodate larger bomb load, modified aiming position) and the wings were changed outboard of the nacelles. The wing platform changed to a (nearly) straight trailing edge, with greater sweep on the leading edge. Plus the canopy change, of course.
