Acrylic Paints

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have been trying with differents paints for a while, now I want to use acrylic paints because smell problems. Which one you recommend ?

I am planning to paint a Mig 15 UTI in the Iraq scheme.

Vallejo acrylics seem to be fairly low-odour to me. I can appreciate that they might not be available everywhere.

Hope this helps.

Chris.

Maybe try using an odourless thinner for your (I presume) enamels. That way you get to keep the paints that you already own.

Vallejo Model Air's are way to go, however it lacks of glossy finishes. It can be easily thinned even by water and sprayed.

Model Color's are also usable but need to be thinned more than Model Air's, preferably externally (not inside the airbrush cup).

Cheers,

Baran
