Looks good in camo: you have made a great job of this despite the curve balls thrown at you!

            Roger

Thanks Roger, the balls weren’t curved mate they were aimed straight between the eyes 😀

minor details and the Jerry can load to go.

Brilliant!

A long shot question

does anyone remember a British army tv commercial featuring an ALvis stalwart back in the seventies?

this vehicle always stuck in my mind when I was a kid given it’s unusual design

any help would be appreciated

Hiya

yeah it was , it looks very much like a recruitment ad and featured this vehicle on manoeuvres and it was muddy

Are you saying it has to be muddy? 😉😀

I have used Hataka paints on this beware of the paint clogging the needle!

cheers,keep your distance!

The black really brings it together Ivan, nice work on a challenging kit mate. I had the problem with tip dry on the M113 using the Hataka orange line lacquer paints, added some Tamiya lacquer retarder and it helped but didn’t cure the issue.

Hi guys 😀

I am calling this fight over! The build is done just a paint touch up,winch rope to go on and the Jerry cans in the back. To say I am relieved is an understatement, hopefully though it has turned out ok.
