YES, it is a pretty simple kit YES, i did manage to misread the instructions for a simple kit and somehow s*****d up the undercarriage YES, the pilot is from a set of Soviet personnel and not the original test pilot YES, it was one of my early 1/48 kits YES, it was my first kit with a lot of metal finish and YES, all this shows ... 12 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Back than, I did not have so much research material, now I am being more thorough (which actually mostly ends up me knowing even better what is wrong with kit if I wasn't capable of reproducing the original detail in the finished model...) I always wondered about buying the kit (or the V2) again to make up for my misgivings. But as long as the unbuild pile is full of other kits ....
