Lord Riot
Lovely looking Phantom that, the colours and weathering look spot on to me. One comment mate, as far as I'm aware no grey RAF Phantom had the underwing serials. Great model though, looks cool.
sweaty1
Lord Riot checked my source images and you are correct. I’ll remove them in due course thanks Sweaty

janneman36
I like it😎 build the same kit myself a odd 25 years ago and still love the Fujimi rendition.. cheers, Jan
Ben Hartmann
Looks great to me.....as far as I’m aware no phantom ever had an all black cockpit though. Apart from that and the underwing serials I’d be well happy with it. Weathering is spot on! best rgds Ben
sweaty1
Ben underwing markings gone already. Don’t think I’ll change the cockpit. Seem to remember it being pretty dark in the 800 or so hours I flew in the boot😀 2
72modeler
Now, that's a very nice FGR2! The Fujimi kit still seems to be able to hold its own against the newer Airfix kit, especially in the hands of a skilled modeler, which you certainly seem to be. Well done! 👍 Mike

NorbertBu
I think, the Fujimi British Phantoms are still worth building despite the new Airfix kit. I like the dirt on the belly.

DaveyGair
Nice job, I didn't go to town with the weathering on the bottom on mine, was a bit scared I'd overdo it! Davey. Edited September 29, 2019 by DaveyGair

mdauben
Really lovely job on that Phantom! I was just curious, are the control panels painted PE, decals or hand painted. In any case they look great!

Adam Poultney
Looks amazing! I wouldn't mind building a Phantom, but all those stencils they they had look like a nightmare...
The_Lancaster
Nice work! The stencils are enough of a pain in 1/32, in 1/72 they must be a killer!
