Buzby061
This is Copper State Model's lovely RNAS armoured car. The figure is also by CSM, stowage from Value Gear & spare bucket. Went together nicely, only hindered by my reluctance to follow the instructions. Paint used was Revell acrylic Hellgrau, weathered using oil paints, Mig pigments, silver pencil. The last photo shows the size comparison with Roden's Rolls Royce armoured car. Any comments, observations & criticisms welcome. Bullbasket
Excellent job on the A/C Pete. Nicely weathered and the figure looks good too. John.
Andy Moore
Lovely work Pete. The figure looks great - I must try some of CSM's figures at some point, they look to be nicely sculpted. Andy

The figures are very well detailed, picked them both up from the CSM stall at Telford last year. Pete
nick32
Lovely build, and the weathering is fantastic. Thanks for sharing.
riever49
Excellent job. It's a lovely model and I wish mine looked as good. One minor query, though. How do the crew get in and out with the doors blocked with kit?
Buzby061
A very good point. Should have thought of that. D'oh! Pete
PlaStix
That is very impressively detailed and weathered! Superior modelling all round. Kind regards, Stix
FrancisGL
Excelent model, and the figure has a natural, very natural appearance. Cheers mate 👍
Andy350
Wow that is impressive. How do you get that face detail?
Buzby061
Thanks Andy. I used Mig's acrylic flesh set. Mixed a small amount of dark grey for eyebrows & stubble with a brown oil wash to highlight the details. Pete
Badder
Hi Pete, Ignoring the 'problem' of the blocked doors, that's a little beauty. And I'd love to see the figure in close-up. He looks to be exceptionally good. Rearguards, Badder
Buzby061
Thanks Badder. I've moved the storage so the crew can get in. The CSM figures are great, natural poses with great detail. In the photos he's far enough away to look decent but not too close to show up any inadequacies in my painting! Pete

Duckwizard
Very nice work, excellent weathering! I also did this kit some months ago (I showed it here too) and I think Copper State really are very good in injection moulding. This results in a relatively small amount of parts as many details are integrated which would be separate parts in other kits. Their Romfell Panzerwagen which they just released is currently shipped, can't wait to have it in my hands.

A more Tamiya approach to the engineering of the kit than Dragon & all the more welcome. Will look out for the Panzerwagen, with luck CSM will be at Telford again Pete
