jet-mech Posted September 13, 2019 Share Posted September 13, 2019 Not a PR exercise. They are here for up to 2 months. Fairford is a forward operating base for Whiteman afb and Barksdale. They are training operations from forward deployed bases. This week has seen flights conducted to the artic circle, landing at keflavik and Lajes in the Azores. I'd love to see them and get some pictures myself, but it's a bit of a trek down there from Norfolk. I'd hate to go all that way and they weren't there.
