fjaweijfopi4j48
A second conversion of this old kit, into an elegant civil flying school machine. The step-by-step construction post is here: A commissioned Arctic Decals set was used, as well as part of an extensive photo-etched set by Flightpath. The first conversion can be visited here: Not an easy transformation, a bit of a challenge as described in the building post, but the results are pleasant. 63

FatFlyHalf
A great model only let down by the unlikely sunshine the pictures were taken in, rather than the expected grey murk of the SE of England!
Meatbox8
Just wonderful, Moa. A beautiful model of a rather charming aircraft. What you are able to achieve from such an old kit is truly outstanding.

I start them as a quickie, but almost invariably get tangled into a complicated build! 6 hours ago, CedB said: Very good result from an interesting and challenging WiP - superb Moa Thanks CedB, turned out ok, could have been better in more capable hands.
Courageous
Great job there Moa. Love the cockpit framework. I think that harsh Californian sunshine is washing out the lovely paint job you've done. Stuart

Since I grew up in a country with little or no access (or too expensive access) to modeling things, I am afraid of messing-up "good" kits, and feel more comfortable butchering old molds. 24 minutes ago, Space Ranger said: Another masterpiece from the Wizard of the West.
