Had a Hasegawa 109 F-fuselage laying around and my dad decided to play Frankenstein and build a full 109 using the Hasegawa parts together with a Fujimi wing from the sparesbox.

Gonna do a JG3 G-2 that was captured by the Soviets in 1943 after an emergency landing.

Excellent balancing act, and I have to admit I’m quite surprised how well the two kits have mated together.

Well done so far! Looking forward to the finished product.

Had to cut away some plastic in the wing root area on both components, it then fitted surprisingly well.
