Mr Bowcat
Hi Guys, Finished this one up last night. It was a bit of a practice as it was my first ever try at home made Zimmerit. Cheers, B 25

Buzby061
Great result. Did the same tank a few years ago but used etched brass Zim. How did you do yours? Pete
Jasper dog
Great work. Zimmerit looks bob-on (what did you use?) and really like the heat and corrosion depicted on the exhaust shields too. How did the rest of the kit go together? Thanks Darryl
Retired Bob
That looks pretty damn good to me, I applied zimmerit using filler to a Dragon late production Tiger, (they later brought it out with molded on zimmerit) I am waiting on a delivery of some metal tracks from R Model to finish it off,
Mr Bowcat
Cheers guys. The kit built up nicely, the torsion bars are workable which made fitting the wheels fairly easy. It also came with a metal barrel and some resin. The only downside were the rubber tracks, friuls would be a definite improvement. The Zim was done with knifing putty from Halfords and a Tamiya zimmerit rake.
Troy Smith
Great Zimmerit, lovely job overall, deserves a better backdrop than an airbrush turntable though!
Mr Bowcat
Cheers. Haven't started work on the base for it yet.
Soeren
Overall very nice. Your Zimmerit is very convincing. Did that model last year and found it nice to build but had to order the optics separately as these were only included in your kit. Wonder why.
