I was wondering too. Under the floor would have been good for a start. Then at least three inches on the walls and ceiling. 

Then tongue and groove over that, then an oil filled radiator, plus running costs and lighting. Getting expensive isn't it? :poke:

I'm going to use carpet to line the walls and put insulation under that.

Might I recommend foam insulation with a hardboard cover?  Pretty cheap, and works really well in one of our sheds.  If you wanted to hang things on the walls (shelves etc.) just upgrade to thin particle board instead :)
