PhantomBigStu
Sanding in process, had sanded an painted the bullpups but a fin tips broken off, that’s going to fiddly to fix Edited September 23, 2019 by PhantomBigStu
Rabbit Leader
Don’t worry about the Bullpups fin, just be a little strategic when you glue it on so that the effected part is inboard and not as noticeable. It’s a little sneaky tactic but does work at times! Cheers.. Dave

Dave But that would be cheating, though I hear you Aussies are little more comfortable with the concept 😂 anyway camo painted Edited September 25, 2019 by PhantomBigStu
PhantomBigStu
Canopy was poor, sprue damage, fit was rubbish and no lines for the framing still need to do the front bubble

PhantomBigStu
Decals on and fixed the bullpups fin, same thickness as a bit of Airfix sprue so was easy as cutting the right shape, this one will definitely make the gallery, now will the silver pair make it.......
PhantomBigStu
Might be done tommorow, it’s varnished, now just to sand some sprue marks out of the frog bombs and add the various bits onto the airframe, see how we go
PhantomBigStu
Hit a hitch, refuelling probe is broken and it’s proving tricky to repair and replace. Also seems my plan to have the bombs on the inner pylon has failed, kit only came with 6 out of the 12, and whilst I have 6 spare, they are oversized in comparison
jean
Hi, re the refueling probe, just cut off the end and glue it on a length of stretched sprue of roughly the same diameter and same length. An easy fix, really! Re the bombs, just leave some wing stations free of ordnance. Why not? Very nice Kiwi Scooter! JR

Rabbit Leader
She looks great in the Gallery Stu. I really do like that SEA scheme on the Kiwi Skyhawks and you've captured it very well indeed. Cheers and well modelled.. Dave
