The 1/1 kit I've been building today

Recommended Posts

Hi all had the family over yesterday (to help with this) decided it was way too hot so I've been trying it on my own.

We will be adding power at some point, still got the glazing to do and adding the trim but quite pleased so far.

It will help supplement my modeling area for the messy stuff.

That's an interesting kit you have there.

Looks like you were almost done, then decided to disassemble it again.

What paint scheme do you have in mind?

I think I'd like to do an early '40s RAF camo scheme.

You know the one where half the bottom is black and the other half is white?

Grey - then build another 49.  Thats gives you 50 sheds of grey

I'll em...get on my way then :plane:

Mind you I am impressed you got that up on your own.  Me?  I'd get 2 walls up and just as I added the third the first two would decide they had had enough and would take a lie down.

Me ? I'd have stopped after the first photo and declared the magnificent new lean-to shelter open :)

I notice you haven't pre-shaded the panels yet 😁
