Johnson
Excellent! You wouldn't have believed it would look this good when you started pulling those grotty bits of resin out of the box.
Terry1954
That looks seriously nice Stuart. Having tried those MRP paints myself, I'm extremely impressed with them. Terru

All sealed in with an overall gloss. Next, it'll be adding the undercarriage, tail skid and canopy before it on a base. One thing missing from this build so far is a pitot, I haven't a clue where it's meant to go, so again, I'll have check earlier versions and see if their is a trend. Yes alas a number of things conspiring to reduce benchtime, including some challenges with two elderly relatives (one hospitalised for the time being), plus a more positive event in the form of a new granddaughter a few weeks back. Loss of modelling mojo has occured as well, although some behind the scenes work happening here and there, most notably on a commission build for a local colleague in the form of a 1/48 Airfix Meteor. First 1/48 aircraft for me in almost 45 years I reckon! Normal service at some point I'm sure. Terry

Courageous
I thought that this was 'finito' last night but I had a niggle that something was missing. I looked at the photos and looked at the model and I couldn't 'see the wood for the trees' until I saw them. Sitting in a little dish were the exhaust stacks, just waiting there...smiling . As I have mentioned before, this was the worse kit that I have built but I over came and although not perfect, it's the best it's going to get. More pics in RFI: Thanks for tagging along. Bengalensis
Good work, you have done very well with that crude kit as a base.

Marklo
Lovely build. I definitely have to make one to go with my Depredussin and Bristol racers (and of course the Gee Bee in the stash) I hadn’t realised but they actually tried to develop this into a fighter!
