In early August the Canadian craftsman Leading Edge Model Decals announced a deep update and the eventual reprint of his decals covering the fleet of Boeing CF-18 Canadian Hornet. The update of these decals will include: a. The addition of the RCAF and ARC markings on each side of the canadian fuselage roundel, registrations that are back on the CF-18 in recent years ; b. The new traditions insignias of Squadron 433 Porc-Epic (Bagotville) and Squadron 401 Ram (Cold Lake) which were reactivated a few years ago within the RCAF ; c. Most recent mission marks (Zap) including recent interceptions of russian bombers, long-range patrol aircraft and even Russian Sukhoi Flankers interceptions by RCAF CF-18s. d. CF-18 Mission Marks (ZAPs) participating in the Gulf War, Kosovo, and Libya conflicts will also be kept on these updated CF-18 decals. I've got a set from Canuck Models but I don't believe it's got as many recent aircraft markings as this one so I'll definitely be looking forward to picking one up.
