Mark22
Hi All, This is my 1/72 Fujimi F-86F. I am going to pull out my artistic license for this one. This was supposed to be a Japanese F-86. When I started to apply the decals, I was unable to get them to stick. I was going to paint them on, but decided that would be way too much work. So, in the end, I found some spare Spanish decals and decided to make a half Japanese/Spanish F-86. Anyways, here she is. Painted with Tamiya Chrome Silver and sealed with Tamiya Gloss. Panels lines were done with a mix of Tamiya black and gray washes. Mark

The 528 belongs to the Japanese version. I thought of removing it, but I figured I would end up damaging the paint.
Terry1954
Very nice F-86. Spanish markings are rather neat. Terry

brinjal
Can the tamiya chrome silver really replace the titanium silver or whatever silver color that instructions asked for? my subject is Gabreski's F-86E in Korean War. thanks
