I'm no Luftwaffe authority, but it appears from looking at photos, that the ETC50 racks fitted to the Hs-123 were mostly black, perhaps with the same black finish as the elektron wheels as seen on many Luftwaffe aircraft; in some photos, the ETC50 racks are bare, and in others there looks like a streamlined fairing is fitted that seems to be in the same finish as the underside, which would be RLM65- the attachment lugs and small sway braces appear to be in black, with the fairing in the undersurface color. Somebody will be along shortly, I hope, who can give you a more definitive answer. I'm thinking an unfaired ETC50rack would be black and one with the fairing would have black fittings with the faring in RLM65.
