Cheers, Jun in Tokyo https://www.flickr.com/photos/horaburo/albums Great pics Jun Is it just me, or is that nose art going over onto the perspex nose cone.... If it was on a model, they just think you messed the decals up! Some searching on this later, but if anyone know off hand the details, please post them up. Oh, that was easy... Quote NS739 Vargas' "Flying Girl" Esquire centre-fold and the name Pamelia on nose. Blue overall with red tail plane and rudder. Letter L in blue circle on tail plane. 653rd Bomb Squadron http://www.americanairmuseum.com/unit/1325 the lettering under the wings is unusual, WX F? Squadron code, post war 'Buzz ' number ? The white 'B' on the underwing of MM388/H is interesting, as are the gloss red spiiners. Compare with the roundel blue spinners on 'Z' and 'F' (see note on page 210 below on 'J' ) for ease of reference, the relevant Mosquito pages 1

72modeler
That is one clean PR Mossie! The two-stage Merlins and paddle blade props make it the most handsome of the bunch, in my opinion...well, maybe the XVIII Tse-tse is just as nasty-looking! Very nice build! All the best Patrice IIRC, the main color is PRU Blue from Testors Model Master Acrylic Line. Spinner is same except Gloss Sea Blue. Painted out roundels flat Sea Blue. Red is Tamiya. All are acrylics. Bo 1
