Deanflyer
Hi all, Number 8 for the year so far is the insectoid Fieseler Storch. Nice kit, the only let down being the transparencies which are not the best moulded clear parts I've ever used, and a pain to fair in to the fuselage. Paints are from Gunze for a change, as they had the correct RLM colours, but I've painted it up as a modern restored warbird. The painting guide from HobbyBoss was woefully inadequate, so I had to use a lot of online reference for the camo scheme, and that's where I got my inspiration to do a modern representation. Walk around first: A couple of closeup shots: And the traditional 'magazine shots' to finish: Hope you like it, Dean Edited August 3, 2019 by Deanflyer Can't count...

Gary Brantley
Whoa Nellie! That is a right beauty Dean, I love it! 😎 I really like the "walkaround" pics; the airport setting just "sells" the model, but the rest of the pics are great as well. Super modeling and great camera work sir! 🍺
Greg Law
I more than like it. It is fantastic. The Storch is in the top three favorites of mine. I keep putting off building my Tamiya one because I love the kit so much. This might be the only 1/32 model I will build one day. You have done an excellent job of it. Looks totally real in the photos.

Deanflyer
Thanks folks...I do try to make it look realistic with my photography. The weather wasn't great for outdoor photography though.
