I started the same T-34 tank model about 9 mo. ago and have used your posts as a guide as I also expect to leave the top unfastened for viewing the detailed interior.  Right now, I just need to build the turret, and attach the tracks, as well as build, paint and place the 4  figures that will be part of the display.

 

I have never seen such precision in model details and wonder when you finished the project.

 

Is there a link that I could use to see your posts for the rest of the build and how everything fits together?

I have no idea what happened and hopefully the OP is ok but this build is probably abandoned. This is not uncommon, I would imagine that there are 10 x unfinished 1/16th kits out there for every one completed. My jadgtiger included.
