Mig88
Hello everyone Here is my latest kit finished yesterday (27 July) for a Group Build in another site. It's Anigrand Craftwork's resin 1:144 North American RB-45C Tornado in the markings of an Operation Jiu Jitsu I machine flown by Sqn Ldr John Crampon of Special Duties Flight, RAF, from Sculthorpe, Norfolk, UK on 17-18 April, 1952. The kit was built mostly OOB with missing seats and details in the tail area being scratchbuilt. The outer fins of the wingtip tanks were also added. The kit was completely painted and varnished with brush. The decals came from my spares and I am well aware the tail flash is too narrow and maybe a tad too tall. The red line of the nacelles was painted freehand. I used Valom's 1:72 kit painting and decalling instructions as a guide. Thank you for looking and, as always, all comments are welcome Miguel
Timbo88
Great result, depicting a little known type in equally unusual markings.

David Womby
That's terrific. I don't see this in Anigrand's catalogue. Where did you find it, please? David

David Thanks David. Certainly. It is one of the "bonus" kits with the Convair XB-46 kit. It has the option to be built as either a B-45A or an RB-45C.
