Bandai A Wing 1/72. Finished.

Recommended Posts

Hi all.

I have finally been able to finish this model. I enjoyed her a lot. Detail of the cockpit and all its very nice elements and precise fit of the pieces.

Before placing it in its base I considered that it was necessary to accentuate the dirt in some points. I've always been somewhat afraid of exceeding what makes me cut sometimes. I have experimented with Vallejo acrylics and I think they have many uses mixed with Glaze Medium. At least I feel comfortable using them and happy for the result for being the first time I use them like that.

I didn't feel like using the landing gear so I used a methacrylate bar, but too small so it wouldn't be too high.

The review of its construction can be seen here:

Greetings.

Andrés Salvador.

Thanks for your kind words.

Well, the appearance of streaked scorching areas is thanks to you for explaining to me how to use Vallejo acrylics with Medium Glaze. I like its use, more than oils (although I consider these irreplaceable for some uses, such as paneling) and I think I will use it a lot in the future. Thanks again.
