Planebuilder62
Hi there After completing the very spotty B-24 Assembly Ship I needed a change. I made some Historex figures when I was kid as my dad was very interested in Napoleonic. These are my first figures in 40 years. Painting was using Vallheljo acrylics, which were a big change from airbrushing planes with enamels. I have started a Friedland cannon set which can be found over on the WIP section. From left to right we have a Dragoon officer, Foot Chasseur officer and an Iniskillin Dragoon trooper.
bristol boy
Great figures and timing as I have just started looking at figures again after a 40+ year gap and recently bought a Historex figure off eBay. Judging by yours it should look pretty good, I was a bit worried that the quality would not be as good as the old Airfix 54mm range but they look great! to shade or not to shade is my big dilemma at the moment? Planebuilder62
Hi BB I have found that shading with acrylics is dead easy because it is so easy the vary the shade and consistency with them. Regards Toby
