Continue to make the radiator:

I tried to cool through it a test batch of oil .... does not work!

Maybe it's because I didn't made the back of the radiator? 🤔

So, little....very-very little progress. 😶

 

First of all,  I smoke all manual 😁 to which my tentacles could reach ... although not.....the Aardvark, after all, has claws? 😁

 

Amazing, but picture background radiator Typhoon no in any book who have claim for a serious design study Typhoon! 😲

But this part have in book about building Airfix 1/24 scale model! Well, let's take it for a sample!

In second, I'm sanding with handle drilling the partition inside the fuselage and now my radiator is getting inside:

 

Next stage radiator tunnel (integration

him with fuselage inside it's hard task)

and after cocpit.

Very nice Serge - far better than the latest Airfix 1/72 by the time you have finished. You have a lot more patience than I ever had.

About camouflage.

 

Of course, need FROG/NOVO version but as all know  I don't have original decal for Typhoon car door...

Most light way probably was this version: 

Because I have NOVO decal for bubble Typhoon....cut one nazi aircraft victory added squadron leader.... but this is not sporting behavior! 😁😁

So, need hand made stencils for NOVO version:

But I don't have version 609 squadron because this Typhoon have little emblem with white letters...it's very-very difficult for hand made as for my. So then 

56 squadron!

If  I can’t manually make these codes

🤗..... then here are the best candidates:

"Smoking" copy  original Russian manual on Typhoon:

I found that the FROG does not have the right lines of panels on the wing:

No problem correct this wrong panel line....but is it worth it, because in fact the model has significant errors in geometry?

I used this poster 

for two reasons:

1. I used original vodka poster many times on Britmodeller, so I decided to add a slightly different version.

2. This model Typhoon mould in Middle Asia....as and "Kumis"/"Koumouis"!

you should try Kumis! It is an acquired taste, but once you get over the feeling you are going to be sick, you can't have enough!!! Superb with vodka chasers!!!!

I did over one month of work in Kumis country several years back, all on horse back, and that type of drinking started every day at 8:30 in the morning and ended up after dark...

My horse riding improved hundredfold. Not sure about the quality of my work though...
