Nigel Bunker
Hello Ian This may link help you. I have built the T.4 and it's a very nice kit.
Timbo88
I have a Sword F3 still to build in my stash. Everything looks good on the sprues, certainly compares well to the Airfix F6, which I have built. Decal sheet very nice too. Hope to get hold of a Sword T4 or T5 eventually. rossm
Click the search bar (top right of the page) and you get a drop down where you can select "This Forum" then search for "sword". The Lightning stuff starts on page 3 of the results but most is on page 4. Here is a selection: https://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234964365-new-sword-lightnings/&tab=comments#comment-1686086 https://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234968743-sword-lightning-f1f3-length-vs-airfix-f2a-lightning/&tab=comments#comment-1759252 https://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234960226-sword-lightning-t4-t5/&tab=comments#comment-1621000 https://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234960226-sword-lightning-t4-t5/&tab=comments#comment-1621000 Looks like the F1,2 & 3 are good and the T4 & 5 need a slight change around the nose ring / wheel bay then they are also good but I'm not sure anyone would notice if you just built them from the box. I'm away from mine just now but I guess as short run kits they will need a bit more care in assembly than mainstream ones, just making sure mating surfaces are clean and alignment is correct, nothing serious.
