Well as this one's already stretched to 30+ pages - although almost the equivalent of one was devoted to a certain sultry songstress - I'd say 'Yes' too... Martian
You seem to be in a minority of one in not liking the model Bill. It's beautiful! Martian 👽
perdu
Thanks Martian I'd be the minority that keeps having to rebuild legs and antennae because the whole bl**dy issue is so poorly engineered Italeri and Matchbox both it must be said Once one gets to the detailing stage the slightest (really slight!) jar has one or other of the legs heading under the bench Then an antenna snags and guess what? Yup!

I feel your pain Bill, I weren't as cautious as you and added the antenna on the front in plenty of time to break / bend / twist them a thousand times or more. And the towel rail. You just gotta hold on to the mojo until the job is done. Also... Looking forward to seeing some rotors... perdu
Ah yes, but at least the legs on yours are half as thick and sturdy again Wokkas, you have to love 'em

Dare I suggest sir that you get acquainted with the gentle art of soldering brass. Brass details are surprisingly easy to make and are many times stronger than the plastic equivalent. Just a suggestion. Your chinook is looking superb by the way. 1
perdu
Steve you swine don't get me running off in The Baron's dratted direction Whatever next? Photoetch with chemicals? (TBH there have been brass and nickel silver steel inserts but the whole issue just keeps snagging and I get very... Er, irritated) Or even 3D printed metals There were, I understand metal legs available for Wokka kits but I have never seen any (Hmm maybe not, why not this model is calling out loud for such) So Take brass tubing, pick up soldering iron and begin 2
