It took some work …..and then some re-work to get the engine mounts positioned.....and then repositioned in the correct place to be able to mount this sucker up to the wing. Speaking of landing gear, This picture from early in the build... If that hydraulic jack extends, it will rotate the gear through the bulkhead. Mattlow Posted October 27, 2019 Share Posted October 27, 2019 Having had a look at a couple of books, the actual gear leg didn't extend past the axis of rotation, so no need for a hole... Pete: The landing gear was my least favorite part of the model really. I should've spent more time on it but hey.....I traded that for the cockpit and engine details.
