Yes, I realize it's not a plastic model, just thought I'd show you the chameleon paints on something other than figures

 

The original paint was flattened, corrected some nasty mold lines, gave it a coat of Mr. Surfacer 1200, a coat of Mr. Color 92 followed by Green Stuff's Tropical Green. The chromed parts were cleaned up and done in AK's Gunmetal (trims, exhaust etc). Everything was sealed with Mr. Color GX112. The video shows the paint's distinctive characteristics better than any photo could.

It doesn't matter that it's not plastic. Sometimes, that's the only way to get a particular model of a car or bike...

That looks pretty fabulous, if you ask me...

 

 

I'm going to have to take a look at there die-casts.

I used to have a 3.2 V6 GT, brilliant car until it lost one of its cambelts, closely followed by popping a spark plug.

 

I'd still have another though, just love Alfa's!

I'd like to see them, I enjoy modifying diecasts too.
