Very good results!

With some 400 models done in my collection I still have all mine four  Il-2s in stash, not  on shelvs... (similar scandal is with six of Ju-88 family,  four He-111s, five B-24s and three Pe-2 !)

Your build recalls me about it. One day I will have to do all of them! :) :)

Cheers

Hi My Friend Roman!!!

Congratulations for this one Sir!!!

Is nice to watch a wonderful masterpiece you have added to your shelves, think you build wonderful but you are a true “expert” with the Russian aircraft builds. Like a huge lot the way you have combined the colors and the nice light weathering effect you have obtained with this nice subject.  ALSO, is a great thing to watch the enthusiastic comments of all the crew that liked your build, and  reminds with each subject about all that stuff that is dormant in our stash, one of these days for sure will resurrect them. Keep on my friend!!!

Thank you very much for sharing!!!

Cheers,

Luis Alfonso

Sounds scarily familar. :D Lovely job on that @Roman Schilhart , it looks like it went together OK as the Smer ones are reputed to do? I have the Smer booking of this, I can see an interim rear gunner one coming my way too.

Steve.

Thanks Jerzy, I hope you still have display space for those upcoming projects!

Stunning build. I've heard this is a very difficult kit to build.

Cheers

No reason to avoid this kit, yes it is short run, but fit is easy, no nasty surprises waiting.

Be prepared to smooth out all the joints, that's all.

Thanks Luis! The next Erla Bf-109 is already on the workbench and will represent an JG52 aircraft.

Stay tuned!
