Dereknf
A bit of conversion this one. Based on the Hasegawa 1/32 Mk.VI kit and the Warbirds resin conversion for the majority of the fuselage and modified Grey Matter wings. Not a lot left of the original kit but a lot of filler needed. Sprayed with Vallejo PRU blue and decals were from the spares box. spitfire
Nice one, I know what you mean about not a lot left of the original kit, I built an XIV using the Warbirds conversion and the Hasegawa Mk. V, the end result did not have much Hasegawa content ! Cheers Dennis

Whitewolf
Modified Grey matter wings? I'm looking to do a 1/32 PRXIX and one of the really annoying things is that the so called 'Conversion' sets do not include a set of wings. A lot of work is required to produce the unique heavily riveted wings with revised panel lines......I know Grey matter do a universal 'C' wing, did you use those? Dereknf
Yes I did. I modified them as best I could. I looked at using the original kit wings but the modifications were too much, They would have fitted better though.
