These are from a Russian-language magazine, Aviatsiya i Vremya; if you track down which issue, there will probably be a few photos, at least. Chances are, any other references will probably be in Russian, too. This is a common problem for enthusiasts of Russian aircraft who can't read Russian!

 

I'm assuming you've Googled it already.

I find that searching for info on Russian a/c is made easier if you enter the search term in Cyrillic - even if you don't speak Russian.

 

For the above, I went to the webpage linked by John - then cut and pasted the Cyrillic header - Бериев Бе-4 - into the search engine - and it found the page I have linked to (on the same site BTW).

 

Google translate then does a half-decent job of translating the page into English.... job done!

 

It also found a load of images of the type
