Here is the latest Revell Bristol Beaufighter TF.X. I built this kit for a review in the Dutch IPMS magazine. It was built straight out of the box, except for the Eduard seatbelts. Actually, it is a pretty good kit. Only some minor fitting issues, a very fragile landing gear and the instructions leave you with some guess work.

Very nice. Just one small point. When the observer/gunners canopy opened, the gun stayed with the canopy, not fixed to the airframe.

didnt know that about the observers gun either. Nice drawing explains all so thanks Chris.

You are right dogsbody. Revell's instruction weren't that clear in a few cases and due to the deadline there wasn't time either to do all the research. But, I can fix this one anyway!

To be honest, there are few photos that show this. I've been through a half dozen publications and all that's on the IWM website and this is all I have.
