If you are searching remember the name Czech Republic was in general use after January 1993 when the former Czechoslovakia split in two.

I only found the Slovak Ju 87 D. It was one of three of them set in Mraz factory in Slovakia. Alltogether 7 Ju87 were in Slovakie AF. Maybe there was no Stuka in service in Czechoslovakia post war?

There is an old book, "Letadla  `ceskoslovensk`ych pilotu" writen by Vaclav Sorel, published by Albatros Praha 1979, 1982, 1986.

Full of drawings made by Jaroslav Velc.

Text is only in czech language.

The Junkers Ju-87D  was postwar called B-37.

In the drawing it's the former green  / blue from the slovak planes. The area  with the registration and on the fin are overpainted with a lighter green.

The plane has no markings.

Found the book on the net:
