HL-10
Have finished my Studio Scale SPV, The WIP is here: One of my favourite Derek Meddings designs. I have had a Dinky SPV in my collection for as long as I can remember and when the opportunity to build big version, I jumped at it. Thanks for looking Angelo.
Tarkas
Oh, that is niiiicccce.... A very snazzy-looking SPV if I ever saw one. Only thing it could possibly need is a couple of figures standing around -- or sitting in the extendable chair, maybe even with their weapon drawn. Isn't there an episode in which one of the Captains is in a gunfight while sitting in a seat, using the SPV's armour as cover?
Mike
Love it I picked up the old Imai kit after seeing your work in progress, so I'm going to blame you, as it seems a bit..... rustic

Kallisti
That looks superb, love the colour! I had huge problems getting the right colour when I did the Imai kit a couple years back. The usual Halfords spray can colours just didn't work on such a small scale, however at this size it is perfect! The interior detail looks excellent!
HL-10
Thanks for the comments and compliments Kallisti. It's a difficult colour to get right. I went to a specialist car paint shop to get the colour and I not sure it's 100% correct, it looks too dark to me, but the shade does vary depending on the light. Kallisti
Don't forget they used very strong lights when filming so they could close the f-stop down to get depth of focus, so everything on screen looks lighter.
