Silverkite
I was generally searching for RF-4C pictures with AN/ALE dispensers on pylons and found a couple of pictures with ROKAF Recce Phantoms sporting them, I also noticed the present of this small fairing so the most simple question of all is...what is it? Creepy Pete
Your link says: 404 Not Found. Can you find another pic, or at least describe what it looks like and where it is located?

Creepy Pete
From the Modern Phantom Guide, by Jake Melampy: An VOR/Localizer/Marker Beacon antenna is located on the bottom of the left cheek behind the nose gear, added in the late 1970's. Kinda curious now if Esci box comes with that but I doubt. Does the book reports its dimensions? Luigi
Creepy Pete
It does not, but there's a pretty good shot of it in this walkaround. (photo 198) Seems pretty easy to guesstimate it's dimensions. https://www.scalenews.de/rf-4c-phantom-ii-walkaround-291/
