Su-27 Flanker B "Digi camo" Trumpeter 1:32

Recommended Posts

This time the model quite difficult to paint.

The model Su-27 Ukrainian Air Force in camouflage "Digi" set is Trumpeter 1:32 model well-known so it doesn't make sense to describe something about this set again.

I can write one thing - we are waiting for a new model of this aircraft.

Model made straight from the box, I painted this model with the home made mask so they are not a perfect reflection of the camo Su-27.

I hope, however, that this model will please you, I like this camouflage very much ..

Beautiful work, stunning, amazing, what more can I say!!

what paint system did you use, varnishes etc.?

I am afraid that this will not explain much.

Generally, I do not use products from the modeling palette, I use CR paints,
In this case, I used Akzo Nobel exactly Sikkens Auto Wave II as colors and varnish 2K Sikkens Clear Coat.

I think it is just incredible.

Many moons ago I did a much more simplified scheme on a 1/144th Flanker. My eyes got completely crossed, and brain went numb trying to keep track of which way the pattern was supposed to go: left, right, forwards, backwards.  I certainly didn't have any of the tiny steps on the straight sections that you have.

Your superb build is in a totally different higher league.
