Hockeyboy76
Everything looks cool in a camo wrap, but this a/c is incorrectly dressed for parade. Will get cracking soon

Basilisk
Always good to receive some googies in the post. The cockpit comes along nicely and the PE parts are a nice enhancement. Cheers, Peter
Colin W
Not seen this before. It looks quite smart but definitely not regulation. Colin
Hockeyboy76
This is where it’s at! A question for anyone in the know. The instructions call to fit only one blade aerial behind the canopy and fill the other hole for a GR1, but this is an early GR3. So does it still have only 1 aerial or the 2 as seen on later laser nosed GR3s? @Selwyn, any info you can share? Hockeyboy76
A little extra scratch work on the wings. I have removed the solid fuel venting tubes and replaced with some Albion alloy. (A little trick I “borrowed” from @nimrod54)

Hockeyboy76
Gun packs drilled out and replaced with some brass rod, PE on the rear of the canopy, and drop tanks glued to pylons. All coming along swimmingly

Cheers, Peter Thanks Peter, still need to adjust the arms and hands to get a suitable pose. I have a little ritual of naming any pilots I use in the GBs. Hockeyboy76
Using the colours from Ammo by Mig, I thought the grey looked light compared to Humbrol 164 that I normally use, so a little comparison on the drop tanks. According to information on the Harrier Sig, the colour on the left is correct for camouflage Harriers. Maybe faded Harriers in my opinion but I have gone with it and the fuse is painted in the lighter grey, after all it is based out in Belize.
neil5208
The Mig colour looks very similar to the grey I use on my RAF wrap around schemes, see link for my Jaguar
